Exchange/Refund

You can now access your Oman Air booking & e-ticket and subject to below mentioned terms and conditions modify the flight details. In case you no longer require this booking & ticket you can process a refund as well.

Terms & Conditions

  • Access is available for bookings made at a) omanair.com b) Call Centre and c) Oman Air offices. For bookings made from travel agency, interline partners please contact them directly.
  • Access is available until the scheduled departure date & time of the first flight mentioned in your booking. After the scheduled departure date & time, please contact the point where you purchased your ticket or Call Centre on + 968-2453 1111
  • Exchange / Refund of Booking & tickets containing interline partner, Code-share service and rail/surface service are not eligible for processing through web. Please contact the point where you purchased your ticket or Call Centre on + 968-2453 1111.
  • If you decide to change the flight we will notify the applicable additional charges in the following pages. The charges will have to be paid through a valid credit/debit card. Hence keep the card info handy to process the payment.
  • If you decide to cancel the booking and refund the ticket, we will notify the applicable charges and residual refund value in following pages. Refunds will be credited back to the same credit/debit card used for purchase of ticket. Tickets purchased by cash, cheque, invoice or other form of payments are not eligible for refund through web.
  • For Pre-reserving the seat, meal requests, updating travel documents, Sindbad number please contact the point where you purchased your ticket or Call Centre on + 968-2453 1111.
