JETEX VVIP Airport Arrival Service in Muscat
- A Jetex representative will meet and greet you at the door of the aircraft and guide you to your luxury car.
- You will be chauffeured to a private Jetex VIP lounge.
- Upon arrival, a Jetex representative will receive your travel documents for customs clearance and passport procedures.
- Enjoy Jetex lounge services until exit procedures and customs formalities are completed and your luggage is delivered to you.
- The Jetex representative will escort you from the VIP lounge to your arranged transportation to your final destination.

JETEX VVIP Airport Departure Service in Muscat
- A Jetex representative will meet and greet you at the VIP departure terminal 2 hours prior to your flight where they will receive your travel documents and check-in luggage.
- You will be escorted to a private Jetex VIP lounge.
- Enjoy the lounge services until check-in procedures and customs formalities are completed
- You will be chauffeured in a Jetex luxury car from the VIP lounge to the aircraft door.
Terms and Conditions
- Tashreef services are provided by Jetex Oman, a division of Jetex Operation Services.
- Bookings can be requested up to 48 hours prior to departure / arrival at Muscat international Airport.
- Cancellations must be made through the Jetex team no later than 8 hours prior to departure. Please email tashreef@jetex.com .
- The service is non-refundable in case of a no-show and/or failure to change the reservation beyond 8 hours prior to departure.
- Service fees are for the full package and cannot be divided or exchanged for any other service.
- Service can be re-scheduled to another date up to a maximum of one year from the date of issue, however the new service date must be requested at least 48 hours prior to departure.
